This is a great opportunity for an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join a firm that genuinely does things differently. Small enough that you will actually matter, big enough to offer the technical depth and client quality you would expect from a much larger practice. The variety of work here is the real draw. You will be working closely with partners, getting involved in strategic conversations with owner-managed businesses at the moments that actually count for them. If you are feeling like a number in your current firm and want a role where you can take real ownership and progress on merit, this is worth a serious look.
