Part Time Finance Manager – About The Role
In this role you will be solely responsible for the running of the finance function and will be reporting into the Directors. Previous experience in managing a finance function is highly desirable for this role and your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts including commentary.
- Prepare year-end finance information in support of the annual accounts.
- Complete and submit quarterly VAT and other returns as required.
- Manage supplier payments, ensuring invoices are approved and paid on a timely basis.
- Manage other payments including payroll, VAT and other taxes.
- Reconcile the bank account and credit card statements on a regular basis.
- Ensure financial controls are in place at all times.
- Provided information and support to directors as required.
The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Sole charge/SME experience is essential
- Experience in using Sage
- Be within commuting distance of Cranleigh
