Project Administrator – Role Overview
This role involves supporting the project delivery team within a strategic transformation initiative aimed at enhancing budget efficiency and developing a sustainable operational and financial model. This role is targeting someone that has worked within an administrative position, ideally within a project delivery team, but not essential.
The remit to this position to provide superior administrative support to the project programme, ensuring meetings, documentation and communications are well co-ordinated.
Key responsibilities include:
- In-box management for the project team
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take meetings accordingly following up on action points
- Diary management for the Project Manager and CFO
- Support in project tracking timelines and updating project plans appropriate
- Provide administrative support with budget tracking
- Process PO, invoices & expense claims
The ideal Assistant Project Administrator will possess:
- Previous experience of working within an administrative role in the past
- Well developed IT skills including Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to take minutes
